What is Muslim Survival Guide?

MSG is a course aimed at muslims who are seeking to gain knowledge of the very basic elements of their religion. There is no age restriction and no pre-required qualifications/knowledge. The content is focused on those particular aspects which EVERY muslim NEEDS to know in order for them to survive in this life and the next.

How does it work?

Users receive access to at least 3 videos every week. There are regular tests of understanding and progress is always monitored and tracked with feedback provided where applicable. The content is taught in a digestible manner with notes provided with each module.

Why choose MSG?

If you already have access to a scholar or a student of knolwedge who is upon the Quran and Sunnah with the understanding of the Salaf as-Saliheen then we would encourage you to stick to them and focus your efforts with them. MSG is like tayamum. It is only there for those who have no other option available to learn the basics of their religion. Just like when water becomes available, tayamum becomes void, when the scholars are present then there is no need for us to teach.

Evidences to show the virtue of knowledge:

Allah will exalt those of you who believe, and those who are given knowledge, in high degrees; and Allah is Aware of what you do.
(Surah Al Mujadilah 58:11)

And it does not beseem the believers that they should go forth all together; why should not then a company from every party from among them go forth that they may apply themselves to obtain understanding in religion, and that they may warn their people when they come back to them that they may be cautious?
(Surah Al Anfal 9:122)

Are those who know and those who do not know alike? Only the men of understanding are mindful.
(Surah Al Zumar 39:9)
